A friend once told me that their favorite fruit is an apple – not just because it’s sweet and crisp, but because it requires no peeling or cooking to enjoy. Just a quick rinse and it's ready to eat. With so many varieties of apples, everyone's sure to have a favorite. I personally prefer the honeycrisp apple which provides a refreshingly juicy and satisfying crunch with each and every bite. Although perfectly delicious raw, apples taste great baked into pies, cakes, or dipped in chocolate for a gourmet delicacy that everyone can enjoy.
