Brownie Cheesecake on a Stick

1. 01In a bowl, place Graham crackers and butter until malleable like dough. Spread into pan to shape the crust.

Brownie layer

1. 02Mix sugar, oil and eggs. Add chocolate, vanilla, flour, baking powder, and salt. Pour into springform.

Cheesecake layer

1. 03In a mixer bowl, place cream cheese, sugar, flour, lemon juice and mix well.
2. 04Add eggs and mix well. Add on the top of brownie mixture in springform
3. 05Bake brownie cheesecake at 350 for 45 min until top looks dry and baked.
4. 06Refrigerate for 4 hours. Slice into 8 slices and carefully place large sticks into each slice.

Toppings

1. 07Melt chocolate with 1 tbsp oil. For s'more layer, drizzle melted chocolate and add chocolate chips, marshmallows, and Graham crackers. Drizzle more chocolate on top.
2. 08For Oreos, pour chocolate over cheesecake tops and add crushed Oreos and sprinkles and drizzle again with chocolate.
3. 09Wrap each slice in cellophane or keep in an airtight container.
