Chicken Pot Pie

My husband's strong allergy to leftovers seems to have been passed on to our children. Symptoms include sudden loss of appetite, staring inside the fridge for long periods of time, and accidental overdosing of any snack in sight. So yes, we are a leftover free home. What do we do with leftovers, you ask? We repurpose them. Leftover roast turns into pulled beef sliders, leftover tilapia turns into fish tacos, and leftover chicken and potatoes turn into chicken pot pie. Seems their allergy disappears when it's repurposed into a new food.
